Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically confirm to all terms and conditions, and that you are over the age of 21.I will not accept any commission from anyone younger than 21.I only accept payment via PayPal.On request, the source .sai2 or .psd can be provided upon completion.Upon completion of a piece, a non-watermarked version will be provided along with a watermarked version for uploading.Do not attempt to remove the watermark from pieces you do not own.I do not consent to the use of any art created by me in AI machine learning.I reserve the right to decline service per personal preference.
In the event that I can't or won't complete the piece, a refund will be issued if payment was received past the down payment.Down payment is non-refundable.I am willing to draw both SFW and NSFW themes. Payment

There is a $25 down payment required before work can begin on the initial sketch. This is non-refundable.All edits to the composition of the sketch are free. There is one free major change during the Lineart stage, otherwise any major changes after that or at later stages will be an additional $10. I am not willing to make any major changes after Shading is complete. This fee does not apply to correcting mistakes.The remainder of the total price is due upon final completion of the piece.In the event that I can't or won't complete the piece. a refund will be issued if payment was received beyond the initial down payment.You may upgrade a piece to the next tier up to 30 days after completion, just ask.First time commissioners have to pay the down payment and remainder in full, but returning commissioners may be eligible for payment plans.Sketches and Linearts are paid in full up front and are non-refundable.

Workflow

I will be open for direct contact during the entire process, and I am able to make adjustments at any point during the piece. Though major changes are free only during the sketch stage. Don't be afraid to ask for a change, or let me know if there is a mistake at any point.At each stage of development, the commissioner will be provided an update, and I will proceed to the next step once it is confirmed.All drawings come with a complementary 2 or 3 color gradient background. Transparent backgrounds can be requested instead.Sketches and Lineart cannot have a Transparent background.I do not provide a specific timeframe for completion or updates, but the initial sketch and following updates would be completed sometime between a few days or up to 2-3 weeks; depending on life events.My workflow is as follows:

  1. Initial discussion on the idea and pricing.

  2. Creation of initial invoice and payment via PayPal.

  3. Sketching begins and idea is blocked out. I will try to provide 2 sketched examples of the idea.

  4. Sketch refinement and major edits

  5. Lineart is done

  6. Colors are done all at once

  7. Shading is done

  8. Background is rendered

  9. Final detailing is worked on

  10. Upon confirmation from the commissioner, and final payment is received, files are provided and posted.

After completion, the commissioner can upgrade their peice to the subsequent tiers within 30 days.

Visuals of any kind are good, but Text based descriptions are acceptable.Complex or unique clothing and accessories require visual references.

Comics and Sequences

Comics and Sequences are priced like standard Color or Shaded commissions plus addons.

After the initial quote, each additional character, or additional appearance of the same character, will add a Per Character Drawn fee.
